Wine served with each course

Empanadas chicken, vegetarian beef, breaded calamari, salsa and tortilla

Sofrito soup - tomatoes, garlic, green peppers, chili peppers, onions with South American herbs

Ceviche scallops - lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno, tomato and avocado served in wine glass

Salsa fresco salad with Chilean sea bass seared with crushed red pepper flakes and saffron cream sauce

Banana sorbet

Beef tenderloin, chimichurri and lobster tamale, assorted carrots with blue and purple potato steamed with cilantro

Tapioca pudding with cinnamon
